One app for training, food, and the habits between them.

Compound writes your training week, tracks every set against your last one, and logs meals from a photo, a barcode, or a sentence. Two short daily checklists cover the sleep, food, and screen habits that usually break first.

The Today screen: a workout in progress, and the day's protein and macro totals

What's in it

Four things, tracked properly

Train

Answer a few questions about your goal, days a week, and equipment, and Compound builds your first week. Log a set and rate it — next week adjusts from that, not a fixed formula.

Eat

Photograph the plate, scan a barcode, or describe it in a sentence. Calories, protein, carbs, and fat come back in seconds — and every number can be corrected before you save it.

Habits

Four things in the morning — wake time, protein, morning light, screens off. Six at night, including a consistent bedtime and a walk after eating. Rename or turn off anything that doesn't apply.

Rest

Rest days are part of the plan, not a gap in it. A fasting timer runs to whatever target you set, and your training streak already knows how many days a week you train.

A workout in progress: the warm-up and first two sets ticked off, a rest timer counting down

Mid-workout

One screen for the set you're on.

Reps and weight come prefilled from the plan. Tick a set off as you finish it and the rest timer starts on its own — skip it if you're ready sooner.

Change either number if the day goes differently, add a set, or swap the movement for one your gym actually has. Rate how it felt and leave a note; next week's targets come from that.

Training streak

A streak that allows for rest days.

Compound already knows your training schedule, so a normal rest day doesn't break your streak. Go past that, and it resets — but the app doesn't dwell on it.

The first thing you see when you come back is one small thing to do today, not a red screen.

How it works

Three steps to your first week

1

Set your goal

Goal, days per week, experience, equipment, and anything you're working around.

2

Get your first week

Compound writes it from your answers — every movement, set, and rep target.

3

Log, and let it adjust

Sets, meals, and habit checks feed the next week. It's never the same plan twice.

From the founder

I kept quitting the same few fitness apps for the same reason: they only watched the hour I was in the gym. The other twenty-three hours — sleep, food, the walk I used to take — were never tracked, and that's where things actually came apart.

Compound writes my training week, I log meals from a photo, and two short checklists keep the rest of the day honest. It's the first one I've stuck with past week three.
